I have been working in gastroenterology throughout my career, supporting people with the management of IBS, Inflammatory Bowel, Liver, Biliary and Pancreatic diseases, Eosinophilic Oesophagitis, and Coeliac disease, amongst others. I am experienced at advising on dietary modifications in order to address food intolerances or abnormal gut anatomy and nutrient losses, while preventing nutritional deficiencies and ensuring a balanced diet.

My other passion and specialty is women’s health. I support women who are living with PCOS, menstrual irregularities, painful periods, hypothalamic amenorrhoea, fibroids, endometriosis and menopause. My mission is to help women understand the role of nutrition and lifestyle factors in their conditions and empower them to make positive changes to improve the symptoms and reduce the worsening of a condition, where this is possible.

I am a member of the British Dietetic Association and are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). I am also an expert adviser for the IBS Network and a member of the Gastroenterology, Food Allergy and Freelance Dietitians professional groups.
